Return Policy

What is your return policy?
At Venado, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order.

Returns and exchanges of new and unused items will be accepted up to 30 days after purchase. All clearance, gift cards, or final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

It helps us process your return or exchange faster if you use the original box and packing materials when shipping products back to us. Please allow up to 15 days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

Note that processing time may be longer during periods of high volume like the holiday season. We will work as quickly as we possibly can to ensure that your return or exchange is processed in a timely manner and appreciate your patience.


Do you have free returns and exchanges?

Venado does not refund shipping and handling costs.

Postage for any exchange or return is the customer’s responsibility and we will cover the shipping back to you for any exchanges. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock a refund will automatically be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase. To ensure we receive your return/exchange please request a tracking number from your shipper. We are not responsible for lost returns/exchanges.

You’ll want to use your  order number as well as your Email or Phone to get started. 

It'll walk you through the short process step-by-step, and will provide you with a printable return label in the end. All you have to do is affix the label to the items you want to return or exchange, and send it back to us. 

If you choose to exchange an item, the new items will be fulfilled and sent out within 24-48 hours of the returned items being received and scanned in by USPS.

If you choose to return an item, a refund will be issued to your card used to make the purchase once we receive your return.

There’s a problem with my order. What do I do?
Send an email to customercare@venadoinc.com or fill out our customer service contact form here and let us know the error with your order. We’ll be more than happy to make things right as soon as possible.

 

What is the product was damaged in shipping? 

For damaged items received please email us at info@VenadoInc.com and we will issue a call tag for the return. You may also go through the returns process and you will not be changed for shipping. 

What condition should the product be in when I return? 

 Items must be in their original form (unworn, unwashed, with tags, and/or individual packaging). The packing slip must be included.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on Venado Inc. products purchased or received from any location other than VenadoInc.com. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange if the items have any signs of wear, misuse or damage.
