Returns & Exchanges

Venado wants to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience. If you have not received your order or received a damaged garment, please reach out to customercare@venadoinc.com and we'll be happy to help.

  • Venado offers free exchanges on all non-clearance items. If you wish to return any item from your order, we offer a flat $6.95 shipping fee deducted from your refund. Merchandise must be returned new, with original tags attached. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted if the merchandise has been used or worn. 
  • Returns and exchanges of new and unused items will be accepted up to 45 days after purchase. All clearance, gift cards, or final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 
  • Items must be in their original form (unworn, unwashed, with tags, and/or individual packaging). Please include the packing slip or order number to help identify the order.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on Venado products purchased or received from any location other than VenadoInc.com. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange if the items have any signs of wear, misuse or damage.
  • If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock a refund will automatically be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase. To ensure we receive your return/exchange please request a tracking number from your shipper. We are not responsible for lost returns/exchanges.
