Returns & Exchanges

Venado wants to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience. If you have not received your order or received a damaged garment, please reach out to customercare@venadoinc.com and we'll be happy to help.

  • Venado offers free exchanges on all non-clearance items. If you wish to return any item from your order, we offer a flat $6.95 shipping fee deducted from your refund. Merchandise must be returned new, with original tags attached. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted if the merchandise has been used or worn.¬†
  • Returns and exchanges of new and unused items will be accepted up to 45 days after purchase.¬†All clearance, gift cards, or final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.¬†
  • Items must be in their original form (unworn, unwashed, with tags, and/or individual packaging). Please include the packing slip or order number to help identify the order.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on¬†Venado products purchased or received from any location other than VenadoInc.com. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange if the items have any signs of wear, misuse or damage.
  • If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock a refund will automatically be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase. To ensure we receive your return/exchange please request a tracking number from your shipper. We are not responsible for lost returns/exchanges.
