What is your return policy?
Venado wants to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience. If you have not received your order or received a damaged garment, please reach out to customercare@venadoinc.com and we'll be happy to help.
Venado offers free exchanges on all non-clearance, gift card, or final sale items. At your request, we provide a prepaid returns label for your return. If used, a flat fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund.. Merchandise must be returned new, with original tags attached. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted if the merchandise has been used or worn.
Your return or exchange will be processed faster if you use the original box and packing materials when shipping your return or exchange. Please allow up to 7 days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
Note that processing time may be longer during periods of high volume like the holiday season. We will work as quickly as we can to ensure that your return or exchange is processed in a timely manner and appreciate your patience.
Do you have free returns and exchanges?
Venado offers free exchanges. If you wish to return any item from your order, we offer a flat $6.95 shipping fee deducted from your refund.
If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, a refund will be credited to the card used for the original purchase. If you decide to ship a return/exchange on your own, please request a tracking number from your shipper. We are not responsible for lost returns/exchanges.
How do I start a return or exchange?
You can return or exchange items through our website here:
You’ll need your order number as well as your Email or Phone Number.
It'll walk you through the short process step-by-step, and will provide you with a printable return label in the end. All you have to do is affix the label to the items you want to return or exchange, and send it back to us.
If you choose to exchange an item, the new items will be fulfilled and sent out within 24-48 hours of the returned items being received and scanned in by USPS.
If you choose to return an item, a refund will be issued to your card used to make the purchase once we receive your return minus our flat return label cost of $6.95.
There’s a problem with my order. What do I do?

What if the product was damaged in shipping?
Send an email to customercare@venadoinc.com or fill out our customer service contact form here. We'll be glad to get a replacement order shipped and a prepaid return label emailed to you. You may also go through the returns process and you will not be charged for shipping.
What condition should the product be in when I return?
Items must be in their original form (unworn, unwashed, with tags, and/or individual packaging). The packing slip must be included.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on Venado Inc. products purchased or received from any location other than VenadoInc.com. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange if the items have any signs of wear, misuse or damage.
